Antoinette’s Cookery School created several reskilling options for you to choose from ensuring that this new adventure in your life is without stress.

Antoinette’s Cookery School is a social cooking school that presents cooking classes according to a schedule – once off, weekly or monthly classes.  More information about our class schedules can be found on our website www.antoinettes.co.za.

Antoinette’s are excited to offer the following cooking packages to you for your reskilling:

Antoinette’s tailor-made Cooking Package

  1. Antoinette’s 8 week Kitchen Skills course – this course will be presented either in the morning from 09h00 -13h00 or in the evening from 18h00-22h00. Morning classes will be presented on a Tuesday morning and evening classes on a Thursday evening.
  2. Antoinette’s 4 week Kitchen Skills Extreme course – this course will be presented either in the morning from 09h00 -13h00 or in the evening from 18h00-22h00. Morning classes will be presented on a Tuesday morning and evening classes on a Thursday evening.
  3. Themed Cooking x 2 classes – Antoinette’s presents Themed Cooking classes on a Wednesday, these classes are 4 hours long and depending on confirmed bookings can start at 09h00-13h00 or at 18h00-22h00. Themes that are available – Italian 1 – Making Fresh Pasta, Italian 2 – Formed and filled pasta, Italian 3 – Rustico, French Country food,  Indian, Greek, Moroccan, Mexican, Thai, Sushi 101, Easy Entertaining, Weber, Thrill of the Grill, Weber, easy smoking.
  4. Chef’s Choice x 2 classes – Antoinette’s presents demonstration classes on alternative Wednesday mornings from 10h00-12h00 .

Antoinette’s tailor-made Cooking and Baking Package

  1. Antoinette’s 8 week Kitchen Skills course – this course will be presented either in the morning from 09h00 -13h00 or in the evening from 18h00-22h00. Morning classes will be presented on a Tuesday morning and evening classes on a Thursday evening.
  2. Antoinette’s 4 day – Basic baking and Cake Decorating – this 4-day hands-on course will include basic cake baking, cupcakes and how to decorate and present cakes. This course is presented to participants of all levels of ability to learn practical skills needed to decorate cakes and cupcakes with confidence. From plain buttercream icing to fancy fondant and drip cakes. Participants will also learn how to use a piping bag. Create amazing cakes and cupcakes for your community’s small functions like christenings and weddings.  
  3. Antoinette’s tailor-made Cooking and Malberry Cakes Cake Decorating  Package

  1. Antoinette’s 8 week Kitchen Skills course – this course will be presented either in the morning from 09h00 -13h00 or in the evening from 18h00-22h00. Morning classes will be presented on a Tuesday morning and evening classes on a Thursday evening.
  2. Malberry Cakes cake decorating classes (only cake decorating no baking) – The Malberry Cakes Cake Decorating classes are presented on as Saturday according to the schedule on our website. This option will include: Class 101 – Ganache Drip Cake, Class 102 – Basic of Fondant, Class 103 – Basic sculpting and gravity, Class 104 – Piping techniques, and one of the specializing classes either Naked Cake or Royal Icing. Royal icing as presented according to the schedule .
  • Themed Cooking x 1 classes – Antoinette’s presents Themed Cooking classes on a Wednesday, these classes are 4 hours long and depending on confirmed bookings can start at 09h00-13h00 or at 18h00-22h00. Themes that are available – Italian 1 – Making Fresh Pasta, Italian 2 – Formed and filled pasta, Italian 3 – Rustico, French Country food,  Indian, Greek, Moroccan, Mexican, Thai, Sushi 101, Easy Entertaining, Weber, Thrill of the Grill, Weber, easy smoking.
