Event Details

This 4-day course will be presented on a Saturday morning from 09h00, duration of class about 4 hours long.  You will learn how to create amazing cakes and cupcakes for their own functions or their community’s small functions like christenings and weddings. Participants will learn basic cake decorating skills, from flavouring and filing cupcakes, different piping methods, and using Rusian tips, stacking and securing a layered cake, crumb icing and perfect buttercream, ganache drip, covering a layered cake with fondant and creating fondant accents for your cake to the preparation of flowers for your naked cake.   You are welcome to book for the individual classes on a Saturday price for each class will be R850. Book for all 4 classes and only pay R3230.00
