You cannot make pasta alone, and shouldn’t – it is a communal event. Pasta is emotional food and should be made in an environment of love and gossip. For a hands-on cooking class, learn how to make your own fresh pasta with a wide selection of delicious pasta sauces. Antoinette’s journey from Naples through the vineyards of Tuscany to the restaurants of Bologna will inspire you to learn, make and enjoy the most amazing freshly made pasta dishes on piping hot homemade true Italian focaccia. Making fresh pasta, Italian 1 cooking classes will be presented according to Antoinette’s monthly schedule. Class fee  R700 per person (4-hour session) Two sessions -- Morning session starting at 09h00-13h00 Late afternoon session starting at 18h00-22h00 Antoinette's Cookery School reserves the right to cancel classes subject to minimum participants not attending; however, should we cancel a class we will try to accommodate all participants in presenting the class on another date or arranging a full refund.  If a class is cancelled Antoinette’s is not responsible for any costs, damages or expenses that you may suffer or incur. All payments to be done via EFT transfer or direct deposit 7 days prior the class date, please note no cash deposits. We will present classes either from 09h00-13h00 in the morning or from 18h00-22h00 in the evening depending on confirmed bookings. This class is not recommended for Coeliac or Gluten intolerant diets. Please advise of any dietary requirements or allergies at the time of booking. Please understand we will do our best to accommodate where we can.
