| To all my dear Culinary Friends and Family 2021 will definitely be the year of creating a new normal. Starting off, I would like to share my sincere wishes with all of you, HEALTH! To you, your family and your friends. Our thoughts are with each and every one of you that has been touched by COVID and we would like to assure you that you are not alone, you are in our hearts and we share your pain. We are forced to approach this year with new energy, due to our night curfew we will not be able to present evening classes for at least the first 3 months of 2021. Saturday 30 January 2021, we will present our Weber, the Thrill of the Grill class, if you were one of the lucky people that received a voucher from Antoinette’s Cookery School for our Weber, the Thrill of the Grill class, please contact us as soon as possible to ensure that your name is on our booking list, this class will fill up. Class fee for this class is R720, the next date for Weber, the Thrill of the Grill will be Saturday 6 March 2021. POP UP DEMONSTRATION CLASSES, part of creating our new normal will be some fabulous demo classes. With demo classes we are able to adhere to the COVID protocols and keep you safe, you will join us in our kitchen, with ample social distance, wearing your mask and enjoying a demonstration that will change your life. These sessions will be about 2 hours long. Please visit our schedule on our web page, you will see that we have planned dates scheduled, although the theme for the class is not mentioned. This is where the fun starts! The theme for the Pop-Up Class will be shared 48 hours before the class, via Whatsapp, Social media and a Newsflash, then you will have to confirm your booking asap to secure your space. Please keep in mind, a maximum of 16 persons will be accommodated per session. Price for our Pop Up Demo Classes is R350 per session. | KITCHEN SKILLS MORNING CLASS – the 8 classes Kitchen Skills morning course will start on Tuesday 16 February 2021 from 09h00 – 13h00, this course will be presented twice a week. Tuesday morning and Thursday morning and will conclude on Thursday 11 March 2021. We do have several confirmed bookings for this course, and due to COVID restrictions can only accommodate 10 persons, if you would like to join us for this HANDS-ON course, please contact us as soon as possible to finalize your booking.
