‘Easy Smoking – Class 2’ is ideal for those who have experienced direct and indirect cooking. It will not only add to your repertoire of recipes but have you using a range of techniques and accessories that will enhance your skills and have your friends in awe! On the course, a wide variety of different recipes will be cooked. Meat, fish, bread, sides and desserts. You will, of course, taste the results! This course covers a range of cuisines from traditional South African to Asian, and even Italian!
