Join us on a Culinary Adventure

Antoinette’s Cookery School is situated in the picturesque garden suburb of Lyttelton Manor, Centurion, ideally situated between Pretoria and Johannesburg.  Hands-on cookery classes are all held in a casual purpose build kitchen, a fully equipped and sociable environment, and can accommodate a maximum of sixteen participants at a time giving you a relaxed, intimate experience during each cooking course. During these cooking adventures, participants will learn to cook a multiple of delectable recipes under the careful supervision of the Chefs and their assistants. Once the dishes are plated, the participants get to feast on their mouthwatering culinary creations in our beautifully renovated dining area.

Antoinette’s Cookery School was founded by the owner and Chef, Antoinette Coetzer. Antoinette is a young and innovative chef who combines a thorough classical understanding of ingredients and techniques with modern trends.

Antoinette’s life motto is to share as much knowledge of her culinary passion to all that have a love and interest in food.

Themed Cooking Classes

Antoinette’s Cookery School presents a wide variety of themed classes based on cultures, countries or specific gastronomic experiences; presented according to Antoinette’s schedule on a Wednesday evening from 18h00 – 22h00 or according to our schedule on a Wednesday morning from 09h00-13h00. These classes are hands-on, social classes and are fun with a culinary entertainment with a twist.

8-week Kitchen Skills Course

For every person who knows that they can learn more about creating
gastronomic dishes, become more confident in presenting day-to-day dishes and all the additional exciting kitchen skills to make your life a dream, this is
an 8-week course, especially for that purpose.

This course provides participants with the necessary skills to be confident in their own kitchen.

Participants will be taught a vast variety of new and exciting skills and be introduced to kitchen utensils, new products, and spices. Participants will
also gain the skills to work out an eating plan and shopping list for at least
a month with all the new recipes.

All the classes are hands-on, participants prepare the dishes in the cookery school.  Class fee for 2019 – including all the ingredients and an apron only
R5500.00

Domestic day to day Cooking Course

Whether you want your domestic worker to learn the basic of boiling water or to satisfy their personal desire to whip up a mouth-watering dessert, the Domestic Day to Day Cooking Course will achieve just that. The main purpose of this course is to explain, teach and guide your domestic how to prepare a complete meal within a four-hour training session, including several variations.
