Class 6 – Starches & Oil Tasting Adventure

Class 7 – Meat Cuts & Mastery

Xtreme Kitchen Skills course

Classes 1-4 – Requirements are the 8 week Kitchen Skills course – This is a 4-week course of true extreme cooking, from monocular gastronomy, avant-garde food sense to three-course dinners that will put the edge on any dinner party, each participant will prepare an element to complete a perfect exceptional menu. Course fees for 2024 R5000 for the 4 classes, all the ingredients included and recipes for each class.
