Suitable for all skill levels, ‘Thrill of the Grill – Direct and Indirect heat will enable you to expand your braai knowledge and recipes. Techniques covered will include grilling, roasting, and baking. This fun, but this informative course will leave you even more hungry and itching to get back home to show off your new skills.
Forget dried and burnt ‘boerewors’ and under cooked steak or burgers, on this course you will use Weber’s gas and charcoal barbeques and cook a delicious three-course meal, from even hors-d’oeuvres to the dessert!
