With the change of the season and Easter our next celebration we would love to remind you of what is happening @ Antoinette’s Cookery School.

We are super excited about this demonstration session, and yes it sold out within one hour, thank you!! The great news is that Chef Antoinette decided to present this demonstration on a monthly basis. Every month there will be new recipes. As soon as the recipes for the next class are available we will send out notifications via WhatsApp. Please send us a WhatsApp on 0827703833 to ensure that you receive our notifications. The next date will be 18 May and in June we will present this demonstration on the 15th.

Many people associate Mexican food with hot peppers and Chilli Con Carne. The Mexican kitchen, however, has so much more to offer. Did you know that many dishes are not spicy after all? In fact, many have a delicate, creamy taste. Antoinette’s will show you that in a variety of Mexican dishes you will see recipes enriched with fresh herbs such as Rosemary, Cumin, and Coriander.
